Paul added, “Our ethos was to work with single home owners, or small groups, who didn’t necessarily have an HR dept to effectively source new management when needed, but demand for our services has led us to now service most of the leading care organisations in the UK. With our fee of just 9% of the annual salary (approximately half of the average high street recruiter) and our healthy rebate facility, we have enabled ourselves to be an affordable option to both large and smaller organisations."
