To apply for this position you will need:
NVQ4/RMA qualification.
Previous experience of working within management capacity within domiciliary care.
Ability to lead and motivate other staff members.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.
The post will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau.
