To apply for this position you will need:
RGN qualification would be desirable however not essential.
NVQ4/RMA qualification.
Experience of working with elderly service users within a care/nursing home setting.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a management role.
Ability to lead and motivate other staff members.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.
The post will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau.
