Job Title: Care Home Manager – Elderly – Kent

Salary: £32k - £38k per annum in line with experience

Location: Near Sevenoaks, Kent

Our client is seeking an experienced Care Manager to manage the home effectively to attract new business, to achieve the primary objectives set by the Society in developing the home.

To provide management and quality of care to the residents in keeping with the Society’s ethos and The Care Quality Commission, to promote these values in the community at large, to concentrate on training and development of staff and to liaise with all those who have a statutory right of entry to the home.

To apply for this position you will need:

Level 4 in Health and Social Care or RMA/LMC or equivalent qualification.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Previous management experience
A Passion for care of the elderly and an interest in Dementia Care
Ability to lead and motive a team which will ensure staff retention
To lead training and development of staff
To attract new business through the presentation and standards of the home
