RGN or RMN qualification with experience of working with elderly people and people with learning or physical disabilities.
A minimum of 2 years nursing experience post qualification within a nursing home.
Must have some supervisory experience.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.
