Job Title: Domiciliary Care Manager – Hertfordshire

Salary: £24k - £30k per annum in line with experience

Location: NEAR Watford

As Care Manager you will be required to manage the day to day running of the office operations, ensuring compliance with the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety and adhering to The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2009 in all aspects.

In addition, it is a requirement of the role to be involved in Networking Activities/Business development and to provide directors with regular activity reports and analyses.

To apply for this position you will need:

Level 4 in Health and Social Care or RMA/LMC
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Previous experience managing a Domiciliary Care service.
Thorough understanding of the needs/care/support of vulnerable adults.
