Job Title: Experienced Domiciliary Care Coordinator

Salary: £18,500-19,000 per annum in line with experience

Experienced Domiciliary Care coordinator required (experience of at least one year) to join this growing and increasingly successful care organisation.

To apply for this position you will need:

• A flexible and adaptable approach to work and be able to think on your feet to deal with a variety of situations as they arise.
• Passionate and driven to provide excellent operational support and guidance to the team.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Working in a very busy domiciliary care organisation serving a broad spectrum of service users.
• Must have a great personality and a real can-do attitude.
• Able to work as a team with the Manager and the other coordinators to ensure quality of care is as good as possible.

Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.
The post will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau.
