The Team @ P9 are recruiting for a Senior Lead / Deputy - RGN

Our client owns a large group of very prestigious Nursing Homes, we require an Lead Nurse to work within one of their large Nursing Homes based in Leicester.

This role will Deputise for the Registered Manager, it requires an RGN qualified senior Nurse with clinical skills and knowledge, enthusiasm and drive to ensure excellent standards are met.

You will act as named nurse and lead by example, supervise and support other named nurses, provide leadership and guidance in clinical areas. Nursing duties will include administering and monitoring medication and treatments for residents, working with the manager to develop and complete clinical and environmental audits, supporting budget controls, providing direct clinical hands on care for residents.

Must be RGN Qualified

Recent experience of working within a large care home environment
Previously worked as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Deputy Manager.
Evidence of a progressive career history to date.
